A UK property tech firm based in London has raised £21 million in initial funding to upgrade apartment block management nationwide.

The equity round was co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean, with participation from KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners and HEARTFELT. A debt facility from a major UK lender also forms part of the financing.

Founded just a year ago, the business has already acquired seven local property-management outfits, now overseeing roughly 20,000 homes. Reported revenue has risen by more than 700% since the initial acquisitions completed in late 2025.

The venture was launched by Calum Brannan and chief product officer Alexis Johnson, who previously created digital manager Howsy before its 2022 sale to Dexters. The team also includes founding engineer Gaspard Perrot, formerly of Signal AI, and chairman Mark Opzoomer, whose background spans Yahoo, Trint and Somo.

“Residents are paying more every year and too often getting less,” the co-founder said.

“Bloated portfolios and ageing systems leave residents with their calls going to voicemail. We keep the local firms, take the admin off their desks, and put managers back inside buildings instead of behind a phone queue. Everyone should know what their service charge pays for, and get an answer when they call.”

The platform automates routine duties such as repair scheduling, service-charge reconciliation, safety inspections and contractor coordination, freeing managers to focus on resident support.

Recent purchases include Hunters in Sussex, FW Block Management in Hertfordshire and Lamberts in London, each continuing to operate under its established name.

Finella Taylor, chief executive of FW Block Management, noted, “It was very important to me to preserve the legacy of our company.

“Supa understood that. They weren’t looking to rebrand us, they wanted to keep our identity, which is why I’d recommend them to any managing agent looking to sell.”

Sebastian Peck, founding partner at KOMPAS VC, added, “Supa is harnessing the power of agentic AI and economies of scale to lift industry standards, improving communication, responsiveness, and quality of service delivery.

We are very proud to back the founders and their extraordinary team as they build a category-leading property management business with global ambitions.”
