Southwest Airways reduces cancellations after chaos sparked traveler outrage

Southwest Airways canceled 87 flights, or 2% of its schedule, on Tuesday, an indication the service is stabilizing its operation after chaos over the weekend disrupted the journey plans of tens of hundreds of shoppers.
